An Entire Summer in the Making

So here is my moment of glory for the summertime. My mom, sister and I frequently go to yardsales on the weekends during the summer. I have always believed that if you are persistent enough you will eventually get anything that you really want. Well, after a summer's hard work I have proved myself correct. The Harry Potter nerd inside of me has always wanted a hardcover set of all the books, including book jackets. At the beginning of the summer I had  books 1-4 paperback, 5 hardcover, jacketless, no 6 and 7 hardcover with jacket, which I had gotten at the midnight release of the book. So starting out, I was 1/7 for my qualifications. Through much dedication, and hard work, I managed to one-by-one, purchase each book hardcover and with a jacket. Most, I would guess had never been read. Today I added 5 to the collection to complete it. I admit to be proud of my accomplishment and felt I needed to document such an experience.
Aren't they Beautiful?
Here they are all in a line on my precious bookshelf. Right next to everything else that I love. (Notice Weeds of the West, Robert's Rules of Order, and although you can't really see it, on the bottom left is my book called UFOs: A History of Alien Activity From Sightings to Abductions to Global Threat.)  Love it
